Tauaru Atutahi

A hands-on, family-friendly activity, inspired by childhood waiata "Tōia Mai Te Waka Nei", tells the story of early settlers' migration to Aotearoa. Rich with symbolism, the activity guides vistors through the Māori and Pacific collections of Auckland War Memorial Museum, collecting stamps on each page of a zine at checkpoints throughout the ground floor. Once the zine has been filled, it folds out into a poster!
